WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?
Nutritional Therapy uses the foundations of nutrition to create a bio-individual plan designed just for you. It encourages nutrient-dense, real food, healthy lifestyle choices, culinary knowledge and understanding how social and personal components influence your life. I utilize muscle testing and functional lab work to be more specific with nutritional recommendations. Nutritional Therapy is more than just meal planning. Consultation will include a thorough look into potential underlying causes to include toxicities that may be affecting your health.
THE FOUNDATIONS OF NUTRITION
The foundations of nutrition are the building blocks of health. These include first and foremost a whole foods, nutrient dense diet. We will also look at proper digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids (healthy fats) in your diet, minerals and proper hydration each day.

TOXIC BURDEN
A foundation of good nutrition would be incomplete without assessing how the toxicities of your environment may be affecting you.
Toxins to consider include the following:
- Source of drinking water
- Radiation
- Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) from cellphones, computers, 5G, WIFI etc.
- Parasites
- Mold
- Heavy metals
- Overgrowth like candida (yeast)
- Presence of glyphosate in your food (round up)
