Mat level private pilates training
Do you have a mat? We can work together via zoom, personalizing movement patterns for you individually where you are at in your fitness journey. Instruction will emphasize core strengthening with breathing patterns incorporating upper and lower extremity movements.
- Sessions will be 55 minutes in length.
- Optional to purchase props for exercises as you desire to include ball, ring and resistance band. (click on links for examples)
